retrieveSubscriberProfile Usage

Enables the client to retrieve subscriber-level information using a subscriber number or device information (ESN, SIM). The information can include: subscriber status, contract terms, contact information, price plan information, additional offerings, solicitation indicators, commission, discount, unbilled voice usage, and device information.
Use Cases
These are some examples of when a customer would want to use retrieveSubscriberProfile to retrieve subscriber information:
- Retrieve Subscriber Information using Subscriber Number Scenario: A customer service agent needs to view the subscriber's profile details when the customer calls for support.
- Retrieve Device Information using ESN Scenario: A smartphone retailer wants to confirm the device information of a customer's phone before processing a trade-in.
- Analyze Unbilled Voice Usage Scenario: A customer suspects they have been overcharged for voice usage and contacts customer service for clarification.
- Retrieve Subscriber's Contract Terms and Solicitation Indicators Scenario: A sales representative wants to recommend additional services or upgrades to a customer based on their contract terms and solicitation indicators.
