Checks all the possible problems that may occur with a subscriber's voice settings
The Check All of a Subscriber's Voice Settings tool determines if a subscriber's account has proper settings, any of which could block or cause problems with voice service. It checks active status, APN, IMSI, that the IMEI and ICCID / SIM id match, voice roaming, prepaid, prepaid status, and prepaid balance, registration status, and checks if the subscribers device is registered on the AT&T network, is compatible with the AT&T network, and is not blacklisted, and if the device is registered with an AT&T MVNO. No additional MCP tools need to be called, the logic of this tool incorporates all those checks.
