The Check if Subscriber is Prepaid and has a Positive Balance tool determines if a subscriber's account is active, and if they are prepaid - if the prepaid state is active and has a balance for voice services.  Returns an active, active-prepaid, active-prepaid but no remaining balance, or not active.
