Check if Subscriber is Active for Data

Determines if the subscriber's account is active for data, and if they are prepaid - if prepaid state is active and has a balance.

The Check if Subscriber is Active for Data tool determines if a subscriber's account is active for  data, and if they are prepaid - if the prepaid state is active and has a balance for data services.  Returns active for data, active-prepaid with data and the remaining data allowance, active prepaid but prepaid status not active, active prepaid but no remaining allowance for data, not active for data.

Check All of a Subscriber's Data Settings

Checks all the possible problems that may occur with a subscriber's data settings

The Check all of a subscriber's data settings tool determines if a subscriber's account has proper settings, any of which could block or cause problems with data service.  It checks active status, APN, IMSI, that the IMEI and ICCID / SIM id match, data roaming, prepaid, prepaid status, and prepaid data balance, registration status, and checks if the subscribers device is registered on the AT&T network, is compatible with the AT&T network, and is not blacklisted, and if the device is registered with an AT&T MVNO.  No additional MCP tools need to be called, the logic of this tool incorporates all those checks.
