Onboarding Overview
AT&T offers two distinct ways to engage with our eBonds. For those using ServiceNow as their ITSM, the store app is the most convenient way to get eBonded and no developer resources are required. If you use another ITSM, AT&T offers an API that you can build into your ITSM of choice. Onboarding overviews are available below.

Prepare to use the store app
- Ensure you have an internet-facing ServiceNow instance
- Confirm you have an eligible AT&T wireline service
- Learn more in the ServiceNow store

Apply
- Navigate to the Contact Us page on this site OR;
- Select "request app" in the ServiceNow store as shown below
- AT&T reviews and approves a new customer application

Set up
- You work with business analyst.
- AT&T collects and analyzes data.
- AT&T sets up test system.

Install
- Accept scoped application EULA.
- Install and configure system.
- System test.

Final configuration
- Business analyst completes production setup
- AT&T sets up backend production system.

- Business analyst confirms success status in production.
- Begin sending requests directly to AT&T!
