eBonding Use Cases
What can AT&T eBonds do for you?
AT&T eBonds connect your IT systems to ours. These APIs unlock a better way to engage with AT&T systems for a more integrated experience with your connectivity provider
Create and update incident tickets
Without an eBond, an incident ticket opened on the customer end would need to be sent manually to AT&T. This swivel chair process is burdensome, slow, and prone to errors. When eBonded with AT&T, you can use your ITSM to initiate an incident ticket if you need troubleshooting with your AT&T service. You can also update the status of a ticket in the same manner. Either way, the eBond API will ensure that ticket data is reflected at the proper AT&T support team
Create service request
eBonds can also be used to facilitate direct service requests. For example, to update an existing circuit configuration, our eBond API facilitates the transfer of the minimum data set from your ITSM directly to AT&T internal teams for rapid provisioning
