Checks which voice and data services are activated for this subscriber

The Get MVNO Subscriber Enabled Services tool retrieves a subscriber's Home Location Register (HLR) for the phone registration information using the subscriber number as ID, utilizing a TMF 640 API.  Returns the telecom subscriber HLR information known by the network about this subscriber including indicators voice enabled and data enabled for 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE), if voice or data roaming, call waiting, call forwarding are allowed, returned in JSON format via the TM Forum TMF 640 Service Activation Management API standard.
