Offer Qualification
- Client initiates POST request on offer-qualification endpoint with SAART L3 id in body.
- PRMAN queries Product Inventory Management for products by the SAART L3 ID.
- PRMAN pulls bundle promotions from Common Catalog.
- PRMAN then evaluates criteria of the promotions for the current customer product inventory, and returns the ids of the promotions customer is eligible for in the response.
- Client can pull the relevant promotions from the Common Catalog by id.
