AT&T MVNX API

Enables the reseller to invoke Snooper's method to force a complete over-the-air (OTA) resend or just to manually update the voice mail pilot number for retrieval, to be sent to the handset through the OTA platform.

Use Cases

These are some examples of when a reseller would use the ResendOTAProfile API to force an over-the-air resend:

Voicemail Number Update

If a customer wants to change to their voicemail retrieval number, or the provider has updated the voicemail pilot number, the ResendOTAProfile API can be used to manually update the voicemail number and send the updated information to the handset through the OTA platform.

Network Configuration Update

If a telecommunications provider updates its network configuration, the customers' devices require the updated settings.

The ResendOTAProfile API can be used to force a complete OTA resend, ensuring all handsets have the latest network settings.
