ResendSubscriberActivation Usage
This service is used by Mobility consumer and business client applications as a stand-alone activity to re-send a Mobility subscriber activation to the Mobile Switch via Telegence. Supports pre- and post-paid subscribers.
Use Cases
These are some examples of when a subscriber would need to have their account reactivated:
New device
If a subscriber purchases a new device or signs up for a new account, they might need to reactivate their service due to network issues.
Service restoration after suspension
In the event of an account suspension due to a customer issue, the ResendSubscriberActivation API reactivates their account once the matter is settled.
