Get Upgrade Eligibility Report

The Get Upgrade Eligibility Report tool generates a report showing which of the customer's devices, under a specific Billing Account Number (BAN), are eligible for an Upgrade. This tool will request the latest report, if an update of the cached reported is required for querying.

Tool Functionality

• Checks if the report needs to be generated
• Makes sure one is not currently being generated
• Start generating one and set a flag to prevent a second from being generated at the same time by the same customer / BAN / FAN
• Wait for its arrival
• Store it on arrival.
