Get Order History Report

The Get Order History Report tool generates a report that shows up to 90 days of Order History information across all Store Order and Care Order transactions. This tool will request the latest report, if an update of the cached reported is required for querying.

Tool Functionality

• Checks if the report needs to be generated
• Makes sure one is not currently being generated
• Start generating one and set a flag to prevent a second from being generated at the same time by the same customer / BAN / FAN
• Wait for its arrival
• Store it on arrival.
