Get Catalog Extract Report

The Get Catalog Extract Report tool generates a report with a Catalog of AT&T Products and Services specific to the customer's account, and stores it for querying. This tool will request the latest report, if an update of the cached reported is required for querying.

Tool Functionality

• Checks if the report needs to be generated
• Makes sure one is not currently being generated
• Start generating one and set a flag to prevent a second from being generated at the same time by the same customer / BAN / FAN
• Wait for its arrival
• Store it on arrival.

Outputs

The Catalog Extract Report will include SKUs for Products and Services, and compatibility information about Devices, Accessories, Rate Plans, Data Plans, and Features.
