Customer
using Digital Self Service generates
a. New Contract (i.e. Contract created when customer has no previous service)
b. Terms & Conditions (i.e. conditions and language only. No cost/price impact)
Generate Contract
1) Once the services at a site have been validated and the price for those services has been approved by both AT&T and the customer, the contract creation process can begin.

2) Call Generate Contract API with all the relevant data
- Provide list of fields (Mandatory vs Optional vs NA)
3) Agreement/contract ID is received and can be used to get status on that Contract Request as it flows through the process
