Quick Quote APIs empower partners by providing them with the capability to efficiently retrieve service availability and pricing information for AT&T products at specific locations; all without the requirement to initiate an opportunity & quote process or identify any specific end customer account.

Product Catalog

The purpose of this API is to provide information about the different products that are supported by QQ APIs for qualification and pricing. It includes details about the features available within each product and their respective configuration specifics.

Service Qualification

The purpose of this API is to validate and evaluate the eligibility of an address for specific services. It provides essential details such as supported speeds and other technical specifications crucial for retrieving pricing information.

Price Offer

The purpose of this API is to enable partners to obtain pricing for validated addresses, leveraging the outcomes of service qualification. Partners have the flexibility to select up to five distinct product configurations for qualified services at specific locations.

Manage Service Qualification & Price

The purpose of this API is to facilitates partners in managing previously stored Service Qualification results for addresses and pricing details across various product configurations. Partners can perform operations such as READ, UPDATE, and DELETE on stored request unique identifiers (Request ID).

End Customer Lookup

A means to look up a targeted end customer via API. If the end customer is disallowed for Indirect Sales, an exception process may be triggered. A preliminary check for Letter of Authorization (LOA) on file for this Distributor-Customer pairing is also performed.

Create Quote

An API endpoint for the purpose of creating a quote in preparation for order submission. Configuration details for the desired service will be submitted via this API. The Quote API enables creation of Quote ID,  Opportunity ID and Quote. These unique identifiers serve as strategic enablers, helping SPs to drive the rest of the Ordering APIs stages.

LOA

An API endpoint for the purpose of verifying that the end customer has a Letter of Authorization (LOA) on file, giving the Distributor permission to act on behalf of that end customer. If a valid LOA is not found on file, LOA creation is triggered, and the Distributor is advised to seek the end customer's signature before the sale can proceed any further.

Credit Check

An API endpoint for the purpose of performing a standard customer credit check. If the credit check fails, the sale cannot proceed.

Contract

An API endpoint for the purpose of of creating the contract related to the order being submitted. Successful results must be obtained from the LOA and Credit checks in order to generate any related contract.

Order Creation

An API endpoint for the purpose of enriching the order to be submitted. Successful results must be obtained from contract creation in order to enrich any related order.

Order Submit

An API endpoint that confirms and completes the order created during the order enrichment stage.
