Overview
Introduction
The Move/Transfer Service use case enables an existing AT&T Internet customer to relocate their current broadband subscription from one service address to another. This includes validating the new address for serviceability, selecting an available move-in/installation date, choosing the appropriate internet plan and any eligible add-ons at the new location (where applicable), and submitting a transfer order. The customer's account and billing relationship remain unchanged, but the service address is updated and service is transitioned from the old location to the new one, with disconnect and connect activities coordinated based on the selected dates. The workflow is sequential, beginning with customer identification and progressing through new address entry and validation, offer discovery for the new location, cart assembly, checkout, and order submission.
