Overview
Introduction
The Change Order use case enables an existing AT&T Fiber customer to modify their current broadband subscription at the same service address. This includes upgrading or downgrading the base internet plan (Change Rate Plan), adding or removing add-on products such as Home Tech Protection or All-Fi Pro bundles, or combining a plan change with add-on modifications in a single order. The customer's account, billing relationship, and service address remain unchanged only the product configuration is updated. The workflow is sequential, beginning with customer identification and progressing through offer discovery, cart assembly, checkout, and order submission.
